Meet the Founder

Alex Driansky brings over a decade of experience supporting children and guiding families through the complexities of their educational journeys. She began her career working with students on the autism spectrum and later taught at Success Academy Charter Schools in the South Bronx, where she developed a strong foundation in data-driven instruction and high-impact teaching practices.

She went on to work at The Quad Preparatory School, deepening her expertise in supporting twice-exceptional learners. She later joined The Pingry School as its first Learning Specialist, building systems of support and partnering closely with students, teachers, and families to ensure each child received thoughtful, individualized guidance.

Throughout her career, Alex has worked at the intersection of schools, families, and outside providers. She is known for translating complex evaluation data into clear next steps, advocating for children, and helping families navigate decisions with confidence. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply personalized.

Alex lives in New Jersey with her two children. As both an educator and a parent, she brings a thoughtful, empathetic perspective to her work and understands firsthand the questions and decisions families face.

She founded her educational consulting practice to offer families a more individualized, relationship-driven level of support that evolves alongside each child and provides steady, informed guidance every step of the way.
